The portion of the mountain area where there is "Sasso al Melo" offers its visitors a variegated range of activities, that can meet different needs, thanks to the landscape and environmental features of the area.
In summer, especially there is the large number of walks, from the simplest to the most demanding trails, which form a dense network of footpaths and hiking. In this season, among other things, there are many organized tours with experienced guides.
Even mountain bikers will be able to know and explore the region through trails, mule tracks and dirt roads that allow very suggestive excursions by bike.
It also has the opportunity to go horse riding (there are many riding on the mountains of Pistoia) to discover the beautiful scenery.
